This study examined the effects of culture, climate, intrinsic motivators, structure and technological capabilities on knowledge management effectiveness when structure is moderated by technological capabilities. Knowledge workers were surveyed to collect data on their perceptions of culture, climate, structure and technological capabilities within the organization. Partial Least Squares Modeling was used to analyze the data. This research found evidence that climatic factors including fairness and affiliation, in addition to intrinsic motivators and technology, affect knowledge management effectiveness.en_US
