dc.description.abstractCommunity college students face a unique set of challenges when making a vertical transfer to a four-year university. This study utilized a Modified Delphi technique to identify the perceived factors that influence bachelor’s degree completion of vertical transfer students. Factors related to the classroom, meaningful relationships with faculty, belief in academic competence, and clear goals were indicated as influential to bachelor’s degree attainment of vertical transfer students in Agricultural Education.en_US
