Habits are important in our life. More than 40% of human’s daily behaviors are decided by their habits. Parents are always looking for ways to help their children build good habits. Therefore, products that can help children develop good habits are needed. In the thesis, what habit is and how it can be formed are studied. Children’s physical and psychological development are both researched. In the end, an evaluation method is given for designers to assess how their products can possibly help children develop habits.en_US
