The negative effect of compulsory homework for preschoolers is encouraging the development of interesting learning ways that can effectively enhance learners’ passion and engagement. Since multisensory learning has earned a stronger reputation, it is no doubt that there is a potential market for innovative children cognitive development products. The thesis is focused on building a design tool to help designers develop novel multisensory teaching aids for children from 2-7. Additionally, the tool also extracts some inspiration from synesthesia in order to make the design more innovative and explore children’s synesthetic ability, which has a positive impact on increasing one’s academic achievement. In the part of project development, the tool is fully used in the design process to show how it will perform as a tool.en_US
