dc.description.abstractThe current study’s goal was to explore how individual levels of cultural competence and levels of implicit racial bias may impact the decision of teachers when faced with a subjective discipline decision. A series of hierarchical regression analysis, and descriptive and correlational analysis was used to tests the hypotheses.
