dc.description.abstract | In this thesis we develop the now-standard tool of elementary submodels and apply the technique to topological function spaces. We show that many cardinal relations regarding function spaces hold in suitable models. Furthermore, we give an example of a function space and submodel in which the tightness increases when passing to the model and prove that it is consistent that perfect normality is downwards preserved in submodels. | en_US |
